My clients want to look back on their wedding photos and truly recognize themselves. They want an honest documentation of their day. They want their story told sincerely.

Everything about my wedding photography is organic. You will feel at ease and comfortable so that nothing feels forced -your smiles, your laughs, your tears, it’s all real. I am there to seamlessly become a part of your day; to document it- not direct it. Of course I make timing and lighting suggestions that will make the most out of the photography, but I’m not there to take over your wedding timeline.

When photographing your wedding, I’m an observer; quiet and unobtrusive. Couples tell me all the time they barely noticed me all day, and that's what I want. I blend in with your guests so seamlessly I’m able to capture everyone at their most uninhibited.

My Focus

Who would we be without our loved ones? I believe the relationships with the people we love are what enriches and blesses our lives. And isn't that the whole point of a wedding anyway? To celebrate how deeply we love someone… and to gather all the other people we care so much about to celebrate with us. My focus as your wedding photographer is to capture the beauty of those relationships. It’s all about the people.

The thing I love most about being a wedding photographer is how it connects me with like minded couples with values that I hold in the highest regards: kindness, gratitude, enjoying the natural flow of life, and embracing new experiences with an open heart.

Location

I’m based out of the beautiful coastal city of Victoria, BC, but most often find myself travelling around Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands for weddings. I also serve interior BC, Vancouver, and Calgary, AB.
